Downstream Operations – Refinery Projects
Project Management of a 6,000 bpd Crude Unit Modular Refinery with respect to TDI, revamp, logistics and transportation. PAK Engineering is managing and coordinating the entire project through the main revamp company to the third-party companies in Channel View, Texas, USA. Also providing Project Consulting Services on a 25,000 bpd Conventional Refinery with respect to Engineering, Procurement, and Construction. PAK Engineering is fully engaged with the EPC Company from the start of the project in Woodlands, Texas, USA.
Upstream Operations – Drilling & Completions
PAK Engineering is fully in charge of directing the operations for a turnkey drilling campaign of new onshore wells in Ughelli, in Niger Delta, Nigeria. PAK Engineering put the necessary team of professionals that put together the drilling and completions programs. PAK Engineering formulated an in-depth strategic operation plan for the drilling and completions programs through careful well planning. At execution stage, PAK Engineering managed the operations and the support services personnel both in the field and in the office and coordinating thorough analysis of field development operations.
Man-Power Training and Development
PAK Engineering provides professional Man-power Training on customized enhancement professional courses for the Oil & Gas Industry. PAK Engineering has just conducted a training on “Strategies and Tools for Effective Management of Brownfield Projects” in collaboration with TONCIA Energy Consulting & Professional Services Ltd. The benefits of this training/workshop program include the opportunity for the participants to acquire the necessary understanding and skills for the efficient and transparent planning and management of projects within an existing offshore and/or onshore Brownfield operational facilities.
The following specialized courses have been developed recently.
“Strategies for Effective Purchasing and Supply Management Process.” The benefit of this training program is to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and best practices to optimize procurement processes, drive cost savings, and improve supply chain efficiency through an interactive workshop with case studies, group discussions, and expert facilitation.
“Advanced Financial Modelling Skills.” A specialized training program designed to equip planning and finance teams with advanced financial modelling skills, specifically tailored to JV management, asset oversight, and fiscal responsibility. The training will enhance their capacity to evaluate work programs, assess asset-level performance, and ensure client’s interests are safeguarded in these ventures.
